Tordado Fuel Saver

I forget who said, "A fool and his money are soon parted". Count on that to apply in this case. Think of it... in this day of increasingly efficient fuel and ignition systems and engines and drivetrains that the auto manufacturers are producing, and given their enormous resources, if there were some magic "fuel saver" that actually worked, they would already have found and implemented it. The J.C.Whitney catalogue is littered with these magic cures which never work.
