Maintanence required dash light

The Maint Reqrd idiot light in my 1999 Honda Accord has just come on and I know that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. What I would like to do is just reset the light. Can someone tell me where the reset switch is?

I believe the trick is to turn the Ignition on and off 12 times in a row. That light is tied to the odometer, and comes on every 7000 miles.

There should be a small ident

There should be a small ident on the dash..maybe next to the light. Push it with somthing like a key and the light should turn to green.

I don't have an owner's manual with me right now, but if I remember correctly the procedure is as follows: you need to shut off your car, push in and hold the trip reset button for the odometer and start the car. Continue to hold in the trip reset until the car goes through all of its system checks (5-10 seconds) and then you should be able to release it
