Does anyone know how to install a rack&pinion and coil over front suspension in a 1956 ford thunderbird? Are their kits? Am I going to install a sub frame from another car? What car? Thanks
I can't seem to find what's causing my carburator to hesitate when transmission is engage. The carburator is fine when not moving. Once I engage the trans. It seem like the carb is chocking. Any suggestions? Pls. e-mail me.
You are talking about an enormous engineering feat to do correctly. The car's structure was designed to sustain the forces imparted to steering and suspension where they are mounted from the factory. The changes you are considering would redirect these forces to areas that weren't built for such stress, and structural integrity while the suspension and steering are at work is of paramount importance. Even if successful, at the end you would have what was once a very high demand automobile that has been altered out of desireability. Good luck.
With the radio off & ignition on, press the "Set" button on the radio. Use the "Seek" and "Scan" buttons to set hours and minutes. When set correctly, press the "Set" button again.
You waited a total of 3 minutes to decide there would be no help here and that it was time to insult the website. Be patient. Slow down & smell the roses.
