If you have an automatic, put

If you have an automatic, put the emergency brake on,turn key all-the-way, put car in neutral, with key turned all the way

1- check the heater resister

1- check the heater resister connection next to the blower moter-has tendency to corrode.
2-there is a bullit style connecter thats usually run along passanger side of eng. this connecter tends to over heat and melts causing bad contact.
3-not so easy job but the next possible problem could be the fan switch itself, they tend to do a melt down also causing total fan lose. useually if you had to play w/the switch sometimes to get the fan to change speed then i would start looking at the switch.
