I lost my radio. All of a sudden none of the stations come in. All I get is static. Any suggestions?

I doubt you will find such a specificaton that is available to the public, or even to the auto repair industry. Engineering tolerances will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer depending on the quality of the tire. Then, a tire's diameter will change as wear occurs, so you are likely to find a fair range of measured inflated diameters of the same size tire, depending on manufacturer and state of wear. This being the case, it is always wise to make sure that the tires on a front or rear axle are matching in brand, as well as wear. If you are trying to match mismatched tires, the result will be more a function of luck than anything else, and should be avoided.

While the engine is idling at 600 rpm, disconnect and plug the vacuum hose at the distributor vacuum advance, and set the ignition timing to 6 degrees Before Top Dead Center.

Most likely the radio you possess has locked you out for a reason. The security features of the radio were put there to safely protect the interests of the legitimate owner. If you are indeed the rightful owner, then you should also have access to the code that will unlock the radio. The only way you are going to get past the security features will be to have a dealer do it for you, but expect to be required to show proof of ownership. Without this, the radio may make a good paperweight for you.

For many years Pontiac made a 2.0 liter OHC engine. It had one intake and one exhaust valve per cylinder. While the Quad 4 is also OHC, it has 2 intake and 2 exhaust valves per cylinder (thus the "Quad"... 4 valves per cylinder). The Quad 4 is a much more complex engine, given the more involved valvetrain and has more advanced electronics, as it uses a distributorless ignition.
